One of the biggest reasons for it being considered at this point is probably because the company now wants to exist physically and be more than just an online brand. Plus having an offline store can help to further bolster marketing and branding efforts. The drawback though for businesses like Stunning Gadgets is that a physical store can make it hard to keep costs down because of the overhead costs associated with a physical store. Even then with an optimal pricing plan it's possible to keep the cost of products sold in the store down to keep the best gadgets brand.
The chief operational officer for Stunning Gadgets has been tasked with the monumental job of determining how to go about setting up an offline store for the business. The COO along with a team of experts will be looking into potential areas where the store can be setup. However, it is up to the finance department to determine the best pricing method to use. There are also other things to consider like the size of the store and what products will be best suited in terms of price and utility to be sold in the store versus online after all there are some items which are better sold in person than online.
"We are currently working on ways to setup an online store. There are a number of things that we need to consider which includes choosing the right location. Getting the location right for our store is paramount because in the physical world location is everything. That said we have a few locations which are under consideration. We may also resort to looking at the data available to us in order to find out where most of our customers come from and set up a store there. Right now, it's all being researched." said the COO for Stunning Gadgets "... I cannot give you a date or a time for when the store will be up and running. However, we are trying to make sure that it's sooner than later."
The offline store can be hit or miss for Stunning Gadgets. Apart from the store itself, the products offered at the store matter too. So, Stunning Gadgets may need to push the schedule of upcoming products like the solar power bank to coincide with the opening of a physical store which may help to create some buzz and hype.
