(IT-NEWSWIRE.COM, June 11, 2015 ) Detroit, Michigan -- Auspry, a freshly budding high technology company, today unveiled the Auspry Elite USB 3.1 Type C Hub, the industry's first integrated USB Type C Hub that supports multiple USB 3.0 ports and dual SD card reading capabilities simultaneously on one device.
USB 3.1 (also known as USB Type C) allows for a maximum data transfer rate of up to 10Gbps, or double the speed of the popular USB 3.0 based devices. Developed by Auspry™, the Elite USB 3.1 Hub expands the new Macbook and Nokia N1's USB capabilities by allowing users to connect USB devices, SD cards, and many standard USB accessories to the MacBook or Nokia N1 with a USB-C port. One upstream port and 3 downstream ports support not just hyper-speed transfer, but are also backwards compatible with previous USB specifications such as the USB 3.0 (5Gbps data transfer rate) and USB 2.0 (60Gbps).
"The growing focus on high speed data transfer and single reversible cables like the USB 3.1 that can do everything are driving technological innovation rapidly," said Steve Nicodemo, CEO and President, Auspry™. "These hyper speed USB 3.1 cables make transferring 4K resolution videos, high pixel photos, and moving extremely large files from hard drives to another device lightning quick. Its like nothing we've ever seen and we wanted to bring that excitement to computer and mobile users through one simple device in the Elite USB 3.1 Hub."
Along with the hyper speed data transfer speeds, the Auspry Elite USB 3.1 Hub is designed with a built-in surge protector to protect devices and also supports hot swapping (the drive can be removed without shutting down the computer). The device is also compatible with all version Windows, MAC and Linux systems.
